Available Grades

The most versatile engineering material — combining corrosion resistance, strength and fabricability. Complete range from SS 202 to SS 347.

SS 202
General Purpose Austenitic
Economical grade for indoor and mildly corrosive environments.
KitchenwareArchitecturalRailings
SS 304 / 304L
Industry Standard (18-8)
Most widely specified grade — excellent corrosion resistance, formability and weldability.
Food ProcessingPharmaceuticalTanks
SS 316 / 316L
Marine Grade with Mo
Molybdenum provides superior resistance to chlorides and pitting.
MarinePharmaceuticalChemical Plants
SS 321
Ti-Stabilised Grade
Titanium stabilization prevents sensitization during high-temperature service.
AerospaceHeat ExchangersHigh-Temp Piping
SS 310 / 310S
High Temperature Grade
High Cr-Ni for excellent oxidation resistance up to 1100 deg C.

How to Choose a Stainless Steel Grade

Grade selection depends on corrosion environment, temperature, strength, fabrication method and the required product standard. SS 304 and 304L are widely used general-purpose austenitic grades, while SS 316 and 316L are commonly selected where greater resistance to chlorides and process environments is required. High-temperature or specialized applications may call for grades such as 321, 310S or 347. If you already have a specification, drawing or bill of materials, send it with your quote request so the material can be matched to the requirement.
